How We Collect SMS Consent

This page documents how Clean Cutz Lawn Care obtains consent from customers before sending service-related text messages. We collect consent through two paths: verbally (by phone or in person) and through our website quote request form. We only send text messages to customers who have actively agreed to receive them.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. Verbal Consent (Primary)

Most customers contact Clean Cutz Lawn Care by phone or text at (478) 234-5226 to request lawn care, schedule service, or accept an estimate. When a customer provides their mobile number, a team member collects verbal consent using the following script before enrolling them:

"As part of your service with Clean Cutz Lawn Care, we can send you text messages about your appointments — reminders, scheduling updates, when our crew is on the way, service confirmations, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Would you like to receive these text messages — yes or no?"

We enroll the customer only if they answer "yes," and we keep a record of their consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Website Form Consent

Customers may also opt in through the "Request a free quote" form at https://www.cleancutzlawns.com. To receive texts, customers check a consent checkbox that is not pre-checked. The checkbox is optional and is not required to submit the form or to request service. The checkbox reads:

"I agree to receive service-related text messages from Clean Cutz Lawn Care at the phone number provided (appointment reminders, scheduling updates, crew arrival notifications, service confirmations, and billing notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."

3. What Customers Receive

After opting in, customers receive service-related text messages such as:

4. Opting Out & Getting Help
