Clean Cutz Lawn Care provides residential and small commercial lawn care and related services, including mowing, edging, trimming, seasonal cleanups, pressure washing, debris removal, gutter cleanup, and related work, in Baldwin, Putnam, and Wilkinson counties, Georgia. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on property size, location, and conditions.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information you supply and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Prices are subject to change for additional work, property conditions, or scope changes agreed upon between you and Clean Cutz.
3. Scheduling & Weather
We make every effort to arrive as scheduled. Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of significant changes when possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per the terms of your service plan. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Clean Cutz Lawn Care — whether through our online quote request form, by phone, by text, or in person — you agree to the following text messaging terms:
- Program description: Clean Cutz Lawn Care sends service-related text messages, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, crew arrival notifications, service completion confirmations, weather-related delay notices, billing notifications, and customer support communications.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Clean Cutz Lawn Care. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and will no longer send service text messages, unless you opt back in.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the property, and notice of any hazards, pets, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other conditions that may affect service. Clean Cutz is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or unmarked obstacles.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Cutz Lawn Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel or reschedule recurring service by contacting us. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can adjust our schedule.
